The Kiln is Warming Up!

We (Gina and I) have loaded 150 pieces into the kiln today!  The kiln door has been bricked up and we have started the propone burners.  We had a few difficult moments when we turned on the propane and found the damper to the chimney was frozen.  We used the blow torch to warm everything up and get everything working properly.  The kiln is now warming for the night and I will fire all day tomorrow.  More tomorrow...  David
